How we install.
This page is about the process — the survey, the design, the day itself and the handover. If you're looking at the equipment and the finishes, that lives on our range page.
Three considered steps, start to finish.
Survey.
After we talk through your initial requirements we visit your premises — taking measurements, checking pipe routes and power, and discussing where equipment can sit sympathetically.
Design & quotation.
You receive a clear quote covering the system, pipe distances and any pre-requirements such as electrical supply. We answer every question, and when you're happy we book the installation.
Install, commission & handover.
Most systems take around a day. We protect your home as we work, then commission — proving the system leak free — link smart models to Wi-Fi, register the warranty and walk you through it.
What to expect while we're with you.
Careful, tidy work is part of the price, not an extra.
- Floor coverings and dust protection laid before we start
- Pipe and cable routes agreed with you before anything is drilled
- Refrigerant and condensate lines clipped, insulated and routed out of sight
- Pressure test and vacuum to prove the system leak free
- Full commissioning readings recorded and documented
- Site left clean, with all packaging and waste taken away
Two things we'll always cover

Air conditioning needs a suitable power supply near the proposed install location. We explain this in detail at survey — you can appoint your own electrician, or we can arrange a trusted contractor on your behalf.

In cooling mode your system produces condensation, which has to leave the space. Depending on the install we may pump this water to a drainage point. We agree the neatest route with you at quotation stage.
Book a survey.
Tell us about your space and we'll arrange a visit. If you'd like to see the equipment first, take a look at our range.
